I think fun is like a good piece of candy. You enjoy it while it lasts, but once it’s gone you feel slightly upset and crave more. But that’s okay, because there’s always another piece in hand! That’s the great thing about Halloween!
Where is the soul? Is it the essence of who we are? Is it located within our minds?
During a conversation with some friends, I had an interesting, yet impractical thought…
What if the soul was located within the heart? Perhaps the beating valves keep the soul inside the body, generating and regenerating? Perhaps the beating, pulsing heart is the only thing that keeps the soul within the body. And only when one dies, and the heart ceases it’s weary beat, is the soul finally free?
Just a thought.
A scary thought.
The carrying capacity of a biological species in an environment is the population size of the species that the environment can sustain indefinitely, given the food, habitat, water and other necessities available in the environment.
For the human population, more complex variables such as sanitation and medical care are sometimes considered as part of the necessary establishment.
The scary thought is, when does medicine and technology go too far? When is our capacity? Does it exist, or have we defied our own law? When is it time to say enough is enough? Do we need death as a part of life?
The world is our masterpiece.
We must choose our destiny; whether to work together to make it our finest work, or to scratch it. Even the greatest artists in the world make mistakes. But what makes them great is that they make something out of it. We must learn from our failures, and make art from our mistakes. Because there is only one canvas; one sheet of paper, and there are no erasers
Life is but a play?
Life is but a play, we’ve established this. The question is, Is this play one act, or two?
♪♫Oh yeah? That’s what you think! Why are you telling me? No! I can’t stand it! … Clearly, some philosophies aren’t for all people. And that’s my new philosophy!♫

Ah yes! October! And what does that mean? Halloween! The one day of the year where it’s okay to be someone you’re not! And even more so, CANDY!!! Ah yes! The pungent smell of caramel and melted sugar is already filling the air. So you guys have a great Halloween!
A good idea is to save your candy and not eat it all at once. If you scarf it all down in one sitting, you’ll get really sick, and you won’t have any for later!
But don’t let me stifle the fun! Have a great holiday!
